Designed to ease your transition into life with your new baby, each visit is guided by what feels most supportive for you — hands-on help, emotional support, or simply a steady presence in your space.

Here's what support can look like...

Emotional & Informational Support: A compassionate, judgement-free presence as you process birth, identity shifts and early parenthood. Evidence-based guidance on normal newborn and postpartum experiences, supporting confidence, rhythms and realistic expectations.
Recovery Support: Gentle support for rest, nourishment and pacing recovery - including comfort measures, hydration reminders and creating space for showers, naps and quiet moments.
Infant Care Support: Assistance with soothing, diapering, bathing and understanding infant cues. Caring for your baby while you shower, nap, eat or take a moment to rest.
Light Household Support: Light tidying, dishes, laundry, bottle sanitizing, supply restocks, small-area floor care - helping to make your home feel more manageable.
Simple Meal & Nourishment Support: Preparing or warming simple meals and easy snacks to support regular nourishment and recovery.
Non-Clinical Feeding Support: Non-medical support for breast/chest or bottle-feeding — including latch basics, positioning, burping and paced bottle feeding - always tailored to your family's feeding goals and preferences.
Family & Community Support: Support for the whole family's adjustment - involving siblings, guiding loved ones in how best to support you, and connecting you with trusted professionals & community resources.
